Returns and Exchange Policy

Within the first 60 days of receiving your order and you find the size is not right, we are happy to help with an exchange, for items that are unworn, original condition and tags attached. Unfortunately briefs cannot be returned, unless stated otherwise.

All customers wishing to exchange their item will be issued a store credit to order their desired item or size.

Please note that the cost of return and exchange is payable by the customer.

We are currently unable to offer a refund on any item unless faulty, within the first 60 days. All items are carefully checked prior to sending, however if you have received a faulty item please contact for service@atbutyshaper.com assistance.

Please ensure that the size of the garment is correct for you, if you feel like the garment is too tight or loose please email us for further help. In the event that you have chosen the wrong size and the clips or zips have now become broken a refund or replacement will not be granted due to the pressure on the garment of incorrect sizing.
